How are readings conducted?
– Readings are done via Zoom. Please schedule your preferred day and time. Seeing your face on the call is preferred.
WHAT PREPARATION IS ADVISED FOR THE SESSION?
– It is recommended to provide your undivided attention and be in a private space away from anyone you don’t want hearing highly personal and sensitive information.
HOW CAN I BECOME A MENTEE FOR MENTORSHIP?
– Mentorship candidates must book a consultation before becoming a mentee. Pay options via subscription are provided for monthly sessions.
WHAT'S IMPORTANT WHEN BOOKING A SESSION?
– Select your correct timezone during booking. Your session will be scheduled based on the timezone you choose. All timezones are converted to EST- New York Time.
– For international sessions at a times not offered please email us at [email protected] .
WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?
– For a full refund, cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance. For 50% partial refund if canceled 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. To reschedule any appointment please reschedule in your confirmation reminder email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I MISS THE SESSION WITHOUT NOTICE?
– All no-call, no-shows will receive NO REFUND and will forgo their scheduled service. *A 12-hour reschedule period in offered a courtesy to receive your service. Contact us.
WHAT IF MY DEVICE LOSES POWER DURING THE SESSION?
– Please ensure your device is charged before the session. If your phone dies during the session, you have a 10 minute grace period to re-establish the connection or your appointment will be rescheduled.
